Turns out I had the juke box that requires you to cut a wire in it. installed per directions and had no sound. sent a message to the seller and got a reply in under 30 mins. He told me that mine is the juke box that requires cutting a wire. He told me which one and now works as it should. Easy to install, works as it should. Took 6 days to get it.
