Electronic purchases on eBay can be risky. This one was EXACTLY as advertised. Plug n Play APIM in my wife's 2018 Escape SEL. Thanks to terrible Ford electronic quality standards, replacing a failing part in a RADIO that controls all the safety features would seem to be something Ford would back. You would be wrong. Ford doesn't give a rip about customers once the check has cleared. This is a super Ebay seller with great communication and fast, secure shipping. Highly recommended!!!!

The item was delivered quickly per USPS priority mail and was extremely well packaged for shipping. After opening the box and looking at the product, it was in perfect condition and looked brand new. After installation I started my car, and everything worked perfectly. It even connected to my home internet which my original APIM would never connect too. Although installation was kind of a pain, it was well worth it compared to the $2000 the dealer wanted for the same repair.

All I can say is wow! My old radio was on V. 1.0 After trying to update it, it started to reject the download. Tried to force update it via Ford Software, the APIM crashed. I stumbled upon this company and rolled the dice since reviews were good. Going from version 1.0 to 3.4 is a whole new feeling in the truck with technology! Car Play, new look and features! Just wow! All plug and play, quick shipping, 30 minute installation. Very happy. Thank you! I will recommend you to anyone with a Ford!

    Worked like the seller said! I have apple car play now!

    I have a 2016 Ford Focus and was told by Ford that I could not have apple car play unless I paid over $1000 at Best Buy to have a new radio put in. NOPE! I was able to replace the APIM computer behind my SYNC 3 screen and swap out the USB hub and now I have CarPlay! This was an affordable upgrade and was easy to install. Just plug and play! I love that this is all Ford parts and my radio works better than ever with everything including my buttons on the steering wheel and my backup camera. I would 100% recommend this alternative and this buyer for anyone who was looking to update like me. :)

    Works great!

    Works as stated, plug and play, fixed blacked out screen. Symptoms started as intermittent radio and back up camera not working in my 2018 Mustang conv. Non-nav, would recommend to fix it your self.

    Apple CarPlay is great. I can’t wait for Apple CarPlay upgrades.
