Purchased this unit for my 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat. Installation was easy and went much quicker than expected. There are some good videos on You Tube for directions on installation. Highly recommend the purchase of a plastic auto trim removal kit to aid with removal and avoid damage. Steven has been great to work with very prompt with shipping and response to questions. Knowledgeable and straight-forward and will save you a lot of money vs. taking to a dealership. I saved over $1500.

Thank you so very much this APIM works flawlessly. The look and functionality of my Nephews screen is so much better than what he had before the screen went black. Installed this in about an hour, hooked the battery back up and boom, the screen was back up and running. The shipping was so fast and this was well packed. If you didn’t have navigation before, go ahead and spend the few dollars more and get navigation, it’s so worth it. Excellent seller, stop looking and buy from him.

Unit described as refurbished, but it was a newly manufactured unit that they apparently updated to the newest Sync 3 software. They were very helpful in trying to help me resolve issues with my 2016 Ford Escape…it ended up that I needed to charge the vehicle’s battery. So totally my error. Work 1st time after battery is charged! Thank you for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend. Beats the $1300 the dealer wanted to replace the unit!

Awesome Seller!!! 10 Stars if I could. Steve answered all my questions and responded promptly. The item was shipped quickly and arrived in more than sufficient bubble wrap. The APIM unit for my 2020 Ford Edge worked out of the box without any issues whatsoever. This saved me many hundreds of dollars over a dealer's cost. Not hard to install, look on YouTube for: 4" to 8" Factory SYNC 3 Upgrade Conversion video for instructions on how to remove and replace all the trim.
