Purchasing the Saeco SM8889 Xelsis Suprema Auto Espresso machine was smooth and I am quite happy with the results. eBay and the shipping companies (DHL then UPS) were transparent regarding the shipping status of the product from Germany to California. The price was excellent, and of course Saeco does not even sell this model in the US so I am very happy mercatos-com is shipping to the US. The Saeco is working great (you need a voltage converter) and I would buy again without hesitation.

Purchased a Jura Z10 to import into the United States and the item arrived safely and well packaged for shipment. It’s a big machine so shipping costs were understandable and overall much cheaper overall purchase compared to buying in the USA at over 4K. My largest frustration, if you will, is it took basically a full week to actually ship but UPS did well expediting. I also had to reach out to inquire a status. Also, expect another ~$80 customs fee to pay UPS for import. Great buy!
