I offered you a refund after 1st you said was not full and second it was gooey, it is eye cream and you did not feel you needed return it! Been on here 17 years and sold thousands of items including 15-20 thousand dollar items without one negative feedback. I assure you would not mislead you with a 40$ eye cream. I did ship it out the same day as you said you needed it right away but I'm not sure what more I could have offered you since you did not want to return it....
