Great speakers! Excited to use them. They have a small hum while powered up, sitting idle, and volume above 50%, but the hum is drowned out once music starts. I would have given 5 stars on the item description, but the inner packaging around one of the speakers was full of what looked like buck shot, spilled all over when unpackaging the speaker. That being said, the seller, idjnow, shipped quickly and provided outstanding customer service when contacting them. I give them 5 stars.

    What a speaker!!!

    Great sound, and nearly impossible to get distortion. As loud as I've had it, always clear, great bass and highs, and no clipping!!! The parametric equalizer is difference, and most other brands use the typical graphic EQ. Knowing how to set up the EQ on the K12.2 will not only improve your sound, but prevent damage when pushing to the limits.

    Similar to original QSC 12

    I have the original QSC 12 which. The 12.2 is supposed to be 2K Watts, double the original. It's not any louder, it's just rated differently. Still sounds great though, I am using a mismatched pair but it works for what I need.

    Why buy a used K12 when you can get a K12.2 for about the same price?!

    Seriously. These guys are excellent. The speaker was mint condition. I even bought a second speaker from them.
