ordered blue-tooth speaker, extremely slow to respond on shipping, they then lost many orders or wrongfully labeled. I purchased from Bose because i been buying their product for 30 plus years. they need to correct their poor shipping, seems like it happens often. I was going to purchase 2, 900 sound bars but after this experience I will maybe look into another manufacturer. they did reimburse me but that did not get the item in my hands. had to reorder from another seller was 20 dollars cheaper
