The item was described as functional with no major cosmetic problems. When purchased, I requested the item be double boxed to avoid shipping damage, but instead it was shipped with just a couple irregularly shaped cushions and shipping damage to the cosmetics occurred. The unit also didn’t even power up! The fuse was blown. Despite good communication with the seller early on, the seller became non-responsive once a return was politely requested. EBAY customer service was needed to obtain refund
