The item I have received did not match the description - I have older revision unit without rubber bumpers and leads. I also had to replace opamp to fix resistance measurements and display that was burned out. But the seller refunded in the end the repair costs and missing items. Overall I would prefer the seller is really putting real units on the photos with their real condition rather go through all this refund process. But I leave transaction as Positive to encourage the seller to improve.

1. The item description says, no significant scratches, but the item present with big scratch mark without the box damage. Even no function disturbance but the true description should the good buyer be.
2. Before you buy, the buyer is quick respond. After that 2-3 days respond.
3. Before you buy, he accept the request, he can do. But when the item arrived and nothing happen as request, he said that it’s the shipping company issue.!!! And no any sorry word.

Using an overseas vendor (Japan) was my first experience. Their fair acceptance of making an offer, with free shipping, was very attractive to me.
