Not as described. Not same unit depicted in listing photos. Much worse mechanical condition. Very poorly packed--skin-tight box, no padding. Heavily damaged in shipping, one corner of chassis smashed. Did not even bother to plug in and test. Initiated a return.
The seller apologized, and agreed to provide a full refund.

I purchased my item with the description as "no defects and minor scratches". However, the packaging was poor and the item was damaged in transit, with pieces broken and loose (there was only one layer of bubble wrap in a cardboard box that ripped in transit). I was very disappointed so I reached out to the seller and they were able to work with me. Communication was quick, and I appreciate them helping me with this transaction.
