The unit was exactly as described. It was packed EXTREMELY well with multiple layers of various padding and, double boxed with extra styrofoam panels on all sides. Still, the shippers managed to crack the front panel glass probably by dropping it although it was labeled as "fragile" The damage was NOT the result of careless packing but from careless handling. FedEX Claim submitted. Outcome to be decided.
