Item arrived as described without any damage due to double boxing/bubble-wrapping. Also, excellent communications with the seller. The issue is that the shipping cost was over estimated, and the seller wants to reimburse me for the difference between the estimated and actual costs, however he can't due to eBay policies and/or procedures. eBay should allow and make it easy for sellers, who want to refund some money to a buyer, to do so to the same payment method used for the transaction.
