After 4 days I asked when they planned to ship. They replied the next day saying they packed and dropped it off at USPS. The app still shows USPS hasn't received the item to ship. A week later I contact seller to confirm the tracking number. No response. The next day the seller cancelled my order without contacting me. I was planning to use this item for work. Wish I would have know the seller was unorganized and shady. Now I have to start over again. Terrible communication with this seller.
