Well received, but great deception with small items broken inside the box. It was not well protected and they moved all over. There is a hole in the front left side, which existed probably before, but not mentioned in the the description . I am sad because it is a beautiful piece, but I think it can be repaired by an expert . Bad communication, no thanks for purchase. It could be better, bad experience

Item was packed very well in bubble wrap and small pieces were wrapped separately in more bubble wrap, then entire piece was wrapped in more bubble wrap. I do not believe packing was the issue. Since item was shipped to France, it was in transit for 30 days! Who knows how it was treated during those 30 days. Never saw any hole in the side and would have taken a picture, if there had been one when it was listed. Maybe that was a shipping issue also. Sorry you had this unfortunate experience.
