  • Good advice, but...

I bought this book at the recommendation of my Doctor. Basically the book says you must do maximum heart rate cardio an hour a day for the rest of your life, and weightlifting 3 days a week. It says this over and over again, in different words, and gives medical jargon explanations and personal examples. I liked the advice given in the book, however, the two authors were so different in their writing styles, it made it 'choppy' and less enjoyable. Also, many people simply do not have that amount of extra time, so its a little unrealistic for the many people who are not retired. It would have been more helpful if they could have offered a 'happy medium' for busy people instead of the all or nothing approach.

  • A MUST READ!

I bought this book after reading about it in a magazine and am so glad I did. It is written in a very easy to read and understand way. The authors have done a very good job relaying some pretty technical information for the average person to understand. And talk about motivating! This book will make you get up off the couch and get moving! I love the author's rules for living younger! If I could, I would buy this book (or Younger Next Year) for all my friends and family - in fact it just might be in a few stockings this year!

  • Good title for living your best life

We know what we should do for our health, but the book provides clear directions for the rest of our lives.
