Very versitle oven
This oven has exceeded my expectations in its versatility, cooking ability & ease of operation. I've seen the oven demo's with WP on several home shopping networks and was a bit skeptical about the oven actually functioning/cooking as shown on T.V. Well, I'm skeptical no more as I purchased the oven. The oven does function exactly as in the televised demo presentations. Thus far every meal I've cooked in the pressure oven has turned out delicious and cooked to perfection. I've not used my microwave or full size wall ovens in a week. If you enjoy cooking, the WP pressure oven is a must have appliance for your kitchen. So far I have only cooked frozen pizzas and they came out perfect. In a regular oven the crust gets burned before the cheese is fully melted. In Wolfgang Pucks oven its like a fresh made pizza at a pizza restaurant. I will cook a pot roast next and see how the pressure part works. For the pressure oven you only cook meats. All other things you cook with the pressure latch open and the vent open and it cooks it in the minimum time on the directions. So if it says 19 to 23 minutes it's done in 19 minutes. First you preheat the oven and a green light comes on to tell you the oven is ready. I wish it had a beep to alert me to the oven being preheated so I don't have to constantly check it.
