    not east to use

    so far i have NOT been able to get the portions of flour verses water right The machine weighs the flour and tells you the amount of water to add bUT it is ALWAYS to dry to form any product shape also it is very difficult to clean or change the disks.

    Impressed by this machine. Did not imagine that it’s so easy to make pasta. The build in scale is a great feature. Lots of parts to clean after but it’s easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
