    It works, but it has many problems.

    It works, but... I need a service manual to make it work well. The amplitude is not stable and unpredictable at the low level. [Below 0 dBm] The amplitude is intermittent! Maybe some bad reed relays or drivers. Maybe I expected too much for the cost. A perfectly working instrument at that cost would be nice. I do need a service manual! Help!
