Neutral because ad led me to believe it was a double wall oven and it ended up being a single. Seller was cool to refund.

...Or buyer didn't read clear description in listing at all that specified that ONLY the oven shown installed was included in the sale, picked it up (which I helped load for him), brought it back to his rental, and complained that it didn't fit b/c he thought it was double oven (not double-walled as stated here), and said he wanted his money refunded?? Which I did although I did not need to. Sold immediately after with a thank you from new buyer for it being exactly as described. Go figure.
