Very prompt shipping, very good wrapping, but unfortunately the unit arrived with some damage. However, the seller was very prompt at responding to my complaint and facilitating my return. So on the whole, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with this seller again and found the experience positive on the whole. Accidents do happen. Other than the damage, the unit was in very good shape and was just as described.
