Easily, the best eBay experience I've ever had. The laptop came to me looking exactly like it did in the pictures which was nearly mint! It was packed very well in it's own laptop bag! So yeah, I got a free laptop bag too! Unfortunately, the memory that came with this laptop was bad. I was gonna put more in anyway so I messaged the seller letting them know to look into possible issues on their end. Ended up with a partial refund for my troubles, didn't even ask for it! 5 star service!

I was surprised by how quickly I received this item. It was well packaged, and contained everything as listed in the post. I would have liked had they included a power cable, as Cisco has switched to a notched power cord which many people don't have. But I'm extremely satisfied with this purchase and the supplier.
