Stereo was fraudulently shipped via USPS media mail and arrived damaged due to poor packaging. There was a missing foot/ bumper that was not disclosed in the listing. I requested compensation for the damage and missing part-but the seller refused. Since the seller used media mail to ship the receiver there was no insurance to cover the damage. Seller wanted me to return stereo but didn’t offer to cover the cost to ship it back using the proper mode.

The DVD/VHS player arrived extremely rapidly and was meticulously packaged. So far after three days of use in my classroom everything has operated very well and just as described. Hopefully that will continue long into the future as the fiscal outlay was born by me and not the school I teach at.
