Very poor service!! Sold an item that was not in sellers possession!! Then came up with excuses of being busy because of snow birds in Florida. This merchandise was supposed to be sent USPS PRIORITY MAIL but seller claimed they did not have tracking information. Because it was never sent and crazy excuses. FINALLY RECEIVED REFUND, strange he should have just gave refund earlier knowing merchandise was never sent.

Feb 20 sale- shipped 2/23.I addressed sttamped priority envelope, put in my mailbox, mailman picked it up. I trust USPS to get all packages I ship to my 1000+ buyers to their homes. Rod INSISTED on tracking number, started harassing me when I told him I work-my USPS is open 9 to 5 Monday to Friday so many pkgs I ship from home. He badgered me for tracking number- I told Rod I don't have one; if he felt so uncomfortable to harass me I could refund him, then he could REOAY me when he got Rude Rod
