This Peavey guitar amp combo includes 15 watts of amplification power. The Peavey Vypyr includes 24 amp channels for more personalized use, as well as 11 amp rack effects that are fully editable. The Peavey guitar amp combo makes use of a "what you see is what you get" method of interface for more straightforward use. Details of the guitar amp combo include an 8-inch modeling speaker, a tap tempo switch, and analog distortion. Additionally, the Peavey Vypyr includes 13 presets that are programmable and a 32-bit floating point processor. This Peavey guitar amp combo includes the ability to make use of three different sound effects at one time. Connectors on the guitar amp combo include MP3, CD, auxiliary, and a headphone out that is studio quality. This guitar amp combo is designed to provide easier sound effects with multiple modes as well as sound effects that can be customized and saved for the user.

    don't read this review cause i don't want anyone finding my new secret !!!!

    i bought this just to practice on,and was interested in modeling (amps,modules,etc.)but when i turned it on,well, i never thought i would ever say peavey made the best amp i have played through,but thats the case.its kind of misleading when it says it has 24 amps cause its 12 clean and 12 distorted. but when you hear preset 1A(or A1) you forget about all the other settings! its one of the most awesome settings i have ever had.i've played through sunn, ampeg,marshall,fender,others.they don't sound like this.i've used a set-up of carvin(there mesa-boogie copy)and either a sholtz rockman set-up,or gallien-kruger 250ml (in comibnation)for eons.i'm still going to use those but i'm adding the peavey as a third. the 8 inch speaker has incredible bass response that is unreal to hear.can't really ...

    GREAT AMP!!! GREAT SOUND ALL AROUND

    This amp is truely amazing. it has 24 different amp setting and i think 11 or 12 effects to choose from. it sounds devine all the effects and amps can be edited to your own taste and all sound great. in my opinion this amp beats the line 6 spider series, and the fender mustangs. lots of effects great spound and loud for its size great amp all around. one of my favorite things is it has analog distortion which does sound richer and more "Heavy" over the regular distortion amps use that sound more "sterile" if you are looking into a good practice amp get a 15 watt if you want a good gig amp get the 75 or 100 watt version the bigger the amp the more effects and more power. I would reccomend these to any oneany skill level and any playing style.

    More bang for your buck!

    Now this amp truly exceeded my expectations.I had been playing on a mediocre amp for years and didn't pay much attention to sound quality and various effects you can get out of a good amp...until I came across this one. I was, at first gonna purchase a "Line 6" amp. But then, I came across the listing for the "VYPYR 15" for the same price. After doing some research and viewing posted reviews of the VYPYR 15 on Youtube, this one just has more bang for your buck and then some. This amp makes the novice player, such as myself sound good (but, I'm practicing!).I love all the options this amp so that you can fine tune the sound you want. So, if your in search for a good quality amp, this is the one I recommend to buy. Truly a bargain....

    Great Amplifier!!!!!!!!!!!

    Great amplifier.I read about it on the internet.I am very pleased with it.It has a ton of effects and I love the sound of it.I also have a Fender Mustang 1 amp and i think the Peavey sounds alot better.Ive had mine for a while now and have had no problems with it.If I had to get another amp I would buy another.Great Great Amplifier!!!!!!

    very good buy for the money

    i purchased the vypyr 15 used at auction.over all it's a very impressive modeling amp and a lot of fun.the combonations of amp and rack effects are quite good.if you're looking for an amp for practice or home recording or even a bit of house party jamming,it's a very good choice.a foot switch to easily switch between amp and effect models and bypass would have been nice. but unfortunately is not an option. i would buy it again(but would shure like that foot switch)!
