The reverse, modulated, halo, and plate function on the pedal I was sent do not work. I let James know, and James responded, it's not defective, and if you just don't want it, "too bad," no returns. I responded by saying if he could help me get it to work I would be happy to keep it. I sent him videos of it not working, and only after he couldn't help me he brazenly doubled down and lied saying "it sounds fine." He refuses a return and calls me a scam artist. Do not buy from this dishonest man.

THE PEDAL WORKS FINE UPON RETURN. HE DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO USE IT SO WHEN I DECLINED A REFUND LIKE IT SAID ALREADY IN THE LISTING HE GIVES ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AND EBAY WON'T ERASE IT!
