Unfortunately, the needles I ordered from this vendor came defective, but it was A manufacturer error. The vendor quickly answered to my concerns and issued me a full refund without question the vendor was at no fault for any of this therefore, I remain satisfied with doing business with them.

I understand your disappointment , but please understand and reconsider your feedback. I as the seller shipped your item asap , but the fact that it was delivered Monday instead of the Friday before is completely out of my control that is UPS.
in regard to the needle being defective, this was a sealed brand new package I am not Ortofon, just merely the seller, and could never have known there was an issue inside the sealed box. I wish you would have contacted me
