One had small damage where the ear broke off, likely from being tossed in with other parcels. No big deal since these are temporary replacements for the originals to keep them protected and have a flat surface for pedal board mounting with Velcro. Really happy to see the shielding. Incorporated these with a product from Boardmods for the perfect solution to all a little height (small but still noticeable) to a BCB-90X board and enable them to be attached with Velcro for the most secure config.

Holes on the new plate are slightly smaller than original plates. This makes screwing the new plate on a slightly more difficult on some of my Boss pedals, but not so far off as to be impossible. Does everything I want it to do once the plates are screwed in.
