This was listed as "open box", so I called the shop to ask for more details. Someone answered the phone right away, which was a great sign, and they told me it was a new guitar that had been returned. When I got the delivery, the outer shipping box was a little beat up, but everything else was basically brand new, tags on, plastic wrap still on the fretboard. I barely had to tune it and it was ready to play. I am very happy with this purchase and the seller.

This seller (proaudiostar) was fantastic across the board! The item was listed as "open box" so the price was a great deal, but I can't for the life of me tell where the box was opened. All of parts were factory sealed in plastic and zip-tied together on cardboard panels, just like brand new. The icing on the cake was that shipping was free and very fast. Based on my experience I just ordered another "open box" item from this seller with no hesitation whatsoever.

A well-constructred, simple pedal that does the job.
Smaller than their previous pedals, the 20/20 series Volume Plus pedal does the job that it is designed to do effectively. Built to a high standard, it is a photo-controlled volume pedal, rather than a mechanical geared rotating pot, so there is less chance of mechanical failure. It also has a minimum volume setting controlled by a knob on the left of the treddle, which is useful for producing a tremelo effect where the volume doesn't modulate to silence.
