I ordered the new 50 Amp range cord that was advertised on Ebay, but received a 40 Amp cord. I needed to get my range working, so I went ahead & hooked up the 40 Amp cord. The lower rating limits how many burners can be used at same time as the oven, so I removed the 40 Amp cord & installed a used 50 Amp cord. I don't want to go to the hassle of returning the 40 Amp cord so I'll just keep it in the event I can find a use for it later.
