The seller Masahiro is a very kind and communicative person. The pedal arrived in the advertised condition, well packaged and accompanied by a kind gift. As for transport (DHL) it was a huge disappointment. Without prior notice, they charged me, in addition to legal customs fees, almost 100.00 euros for "providing" the service at customs. So for a total cust acquisition (260,00) i had to pay to DHL 157,00 euros!!

    Rare "Touch" Sensitive Wah Sounds

    Very happy I found this pedal in great condition and at a reasonable price - i.e., under $100 - on eBay. The great appeal of this pedal is that the wah sound is created by touch sensitivity. In other words, the stronger the note is attacked with the pick, the wider the wah sound "opens" up. This is a very natural, expressive feature. In contrast, I have much fancier (and expensive!) pedals which are incapable of this. Those pedals rely on fixed modulation. Not touch sensitivity. Nice sounds, but I needed an effect driven more by human interaction. And the T-Wah is it. I've found most pedals - even pedals with multiple effects - do one, maybe two things REALLY well. The T-Wah is straightforward, simple, sounds great and does its own unique effect REALLY well. Note that this effect is ...

    Simpler Dynamic Wah -- Sometimes Older is Better.

    Simpler to use than the current Automatic Wah, this pedal is responsive to light or aggressive picking styles that engage the filter envelope to deliver deep or bright Wah tones.

    Get one if you can, spend no more than $100 ( $115 Shipped)

    I got a beat up one for $50, which is great, I would not pay more than $100 for one though, because I think that the Boss Ft-2 is actually a better pedal, and they sell for less. They both compress the signal a little bit. I have yet to try one that actually says "Touch wah"...The new AW-3 should be called a aw-3/tc-3, because Tone Compression is right in the pedal, so compared to that, this is worlds apart.
