A great value
Thankfully a great mouthpiece at a very inexpensive price. The Un named mouthpiece that came with the saxophone was for sure not a good one. The sax just made a bad sound and could not even make lower octave notes. The supplied mouthpiece was probably made in china and wasn't designed with sound in mind. So I was in need of some help, are give up and send the sax to the music repair shop for hope of a fix. The Yamaha music industry doesn't just throw out anything to make a dollar. So I gave it a chance on the 4C to solve my problem, what a difference such a mouthpiece makes.Thankfully a great mouthpiece at a very inexpensive price. Great sound, Easy to play
I was looking for an inexpensive quality mouthpiece that has a more-mellow tone than my existing jazz mouthpiece. The Yamaha 4C performs better than I expected for its modest price. I am extremely pleased with the quality, tone, and play-ability of this inexpensive mouthpiece.
