It arrived unassembled in its shipping box on Thurs. a.m., 11/16. Once I have the time to assemble it, if there is any missing part, I will inform the seller. My only disappointment, as I recover from Coved and CTS in both of my wrists, is that it challenges my physical dexterity at 79 yrs. in ways that I had not taken into consideration when I placed the order. Thankfully, I have the assistance of my supportive wife of 57 yrs., as well a retired friend and colleague who will serve as backup.
