    Haynes Repair Manuals

    Whenever I get a car/truck the next thing I buy is a Haynes repair manual. The instructions are usually easy to understand and many include pictures which make figuring out the repair procedure easier. Some of the information is generic applying to all vehicles. The owners manual covers things like operating the radio, but Haynes is good for things the owners manual doesn't touch. Buying used manuals on Ebay saves money me and helps to recycle the book so it doesn't just end up in the trash. Most manuals come with a little wear and tear but the ones I've gotten on Ebay were fine for what I use them for.

    It's Okay but not by any means great

    The book isn't as thorough as I would have liked it to be. There were times that it told you to go to a page for information on how to do something and it wouldn't be there and I would look before and after where it told me and still would not see it. Before sending out a book like this is should be proofread to make sure what's supposed to be there is there.

    Best repair for home use on autos

    This has the best detail over other home repair books on autos I have ever used. You can really keep your auto running nice as long as you keep up with all the repairs and up keep.

    repair manual

    Just what I needed to make a few basic DIY repairs on my 1999 Chevy Lumina. Do not expect elaborate trobleshooting and repairs or part illustration breakdowns.
