The chromebook with chrome OS arrived in excellent condition. It was well packaged and everything works and is functional on the device. The package surprisingly included a new charging adapter even though the listing stated that it did not. My kid absolutely loves the touchscreen feature. I am slowly teaching her how to use a chrome OS before she will be required to use it in 1st grade. I have always used Windows so I am learning how to use chrome OS too. Excellent customer service response!

Received this laptop and I was pleased with my purchase. Securely packaged and better than described. However there was an issue with the charger. I contacted the seller and they were in contact with me the next day and addressed the problem by shipping a different charger the very same day. The laptop meets all my needs and there is the bonus that there is an extended manufacturer warranty still active on this laptop, which I didn't expect but am happy to have. A+ seller.
