Item was exactly as pictured/described. Shipping was delayed, but seller communicated that there would be, so I don't hold it against them! Packing could have been better, but it was a used item, so perhaps that impacted their decision on how much to protect the item. Item still arrived with no damage. Shipping cost was fair.
