Unlocked but not really, with T-Mobile there are no updates because this is an AT&T phone.
Unlocked but beware if you are using on another network. It works on T-Mobile but Wifi calling does not work nor will you ever get security updates. Kyocera only sends updates through the carrier so if you are using on T-Mobile, you will never receive any updates and Kyocera does not support. They do honor the warranty but that's it. I would recommend if you are buying for use on T-Mobile, you look elsewhere.Unlocked but beware if you are using on another network.
