Previous owner wrote some short notes next to some of the recipes. There are some notes written on the inside front cover and inside back cover. They used yellow highlighter on several pages. Overall the pages are clean; there are some small stains and normal age discoloration. Shelf wear on the cover; wear along the edges and corners. Some crease lines on the cover. Some small tears and fraying along the edges and corners. There is a 2" long tear near the top right corner of the back cover along the edge of the binder. Near the bottom right edge on the back cover there's a 1" long tear along the edge by the binder. There are some small tears along some of the page edges. Couple of bent page corners. No missing pages. No smell or odor.”
