The seller had packed the unit very well to prevent shipping damage. The case was a little scratched, and the Firmware was not up-to-date, but the first item is merely cosmetic, and the second was easily addressed once the unit was connected. The unit arrived on-time, it works just fine and the cost was very reasonable. I am very satisfied!!! Thanks for a great transaction.

The only thing I regret is not taking a picture of the packaging and boxes. This was the best packing job I have ever seen. They could teach sellers how to professionally ship and pack. Next, the items were mint. The seller didn't say they would be this near perfect. Product works great. The seller communicated promptly and was professional. I'm trying to resist the urge to look at their other items as I can't really spend more money right now. But I'm so tempted. Do not hesitate to order!
