Wavetek func gen, still working well.
Wavetek model 182A function generator. This unit works very well, even though it's a very very old device. The frequency limit has decreased to 3.4MHz, as supposed to 4MHz. I have had FY6600 function generator rated at 60MHz, purchased around $100, and broke after rare usage. For the comparison, the Wavetek generator produces very low harmonic distortion (-35dB to -60dB or more) with very stable amplitude. The other FY6600 generator will produce inconsistent amplitudes. That's how good this Wavetek function generator can be. It was built to last for a very long time!Wavetek model 182A function generator. Broken unit
The power light is the only thing that would work on the unit. There was no signal out on any of the other wave forms.
