The item itself was gorgeous. However, due to poor packing lacking stability of such a fragile piece - the glass was damaged in transit. This breakage also caused damage to the matte and nearly hurt me as I unwrapped this package. The seller was kind and offered to reimburse the cost to replace the glass on the frame “when he got paid”. Almost two months have gone by and I have never received that refund and I’ve been ghosted. I had higher hopes here.
