    Great Workout!

    I enjoy working out to this tape more than the others I have, you sweat a lot. The core exercises at the end really help tone the middle. I am usually too exhausted to do both. I have no complaints, it really does help you get started to a fitter you. I was skeptical hoe an indoor walking tape could work, but after I did this tape with my sister who is very fit and she was exhausted as well I knew this was the right tape for me. Have fun with it, just keep moving!

    Great workout!

    I have several Leslie Sansone videos but this one is my favorite. I like the floor exercises that follow the 2 mile workout. There is nothing boring about this workout but I think it is not appropriate for beginners. It is for intermediate or advanced workout clients. I would recommend this video to anyone.

    walking has never been this fun.

    The moves are basic and that is fantastic. The body follows the moves which are so easy but at the same time so enjoyable. I love this DVD and walking has become much more fun.

    Perfect

    During the 1990s I used Leslie's DVDs frequently. I stopped using them for a variety of reasons. But now that I'm stuck indoors I wanted to get back to exercising in the house. This particular DVD lets me mix a little cardio with some of my weight lifting DVDs and my yoga DVDs. I do one of the 1 miles and then get one of my other DVDs. This might be the best DVD she's ever made.

    Fun ... Easy to fallow ... puts you in a positive mood :o)

    I really like Leslie Sansone , she is very up beat and positive. Her work outs are fun and easy to fallow. I have tried many other work out insturctors and felt discouraged when I was not able to keep up with their fancy moves. Leslie's moves are easy and fun to learn and she encourages / motivates you through out the work out. Sure there are more challenging work out DVDs out there but if I dread them ... I won't do them. This one I actully like to do ... that's why I'll stick with it and it will work for me !
