This item was difficult to put together based on the instructions. When we finally got it together, we noticed the top piece had a tear in the mesh where it meets the metal. We contacted the seller to advise of the issue and still haven't heard back from them. The details indicate this was a used item, but we purchased a new item. I will not buy again from a seller that doesn't take care of real problems with their products.
