For those who wish to supplement with Omega3s but who'd rather get farther down the food chain where the pollution, hopefully is in less concentration, this is a great option. Again, hopefully, for I am not able to ascertain that the algae from which supplements are made, have not begun to accumulate heavy metals, themselves. For the time being I'm taking this one. If it dosen't have heavy metals it's great.May Be Great
