Sort of ok. Item does not fit the VX-6R or 7R without modification. The raised nib on the bottom will not allow the clip to fasten so it will not spin causing the screw to loosen. I modified this on my mill by removing the nib. Now the clip will tighten and not rotate. Same could probably be done with a Dremel too. Otherwise this is a nice clip.

Does not work on VX-7b without modification to the clip - Also you MUST use 4mm shorter screw. I removed the clips key-way as it would not work on my VX-7r radio. You absolutely, HAVE TO, replace the 12mm long screw with a 8mm screw.
