This was listed as "open box", so I called the shop to ask for more details. Someone answered the phone right away, which was a great sign, and they told me it was a new guitar that had been returned. When I got the delivery, the outer shipping box was a little beat up, but everything else was basically brand new, tags on, plastic wrap still on the fretboard. I barely had to tune it and it was ready to play. I am very happy with this purchase and the seller.

This seller (proaudiostar) was fantastic across the board! The item was listed as "open box" so the price was a great deal, but I can't for the life of me tell where the box was opened. All of parts were factory sealed in plastic and zip-tied together on cardboard panels, just like brand new. The icing on the cake was that shipping was free and very fast. Based on my experience I just ordered another "open box" item from this seller with no hesitation whatsoever.

    I Love It and Have 2 Issues...But Still Love It

    I have a 1948 Supro that I think this amp is supposed to be like. I own a lot of amps and the 48 is my favorite. This one gets pretty close. I had a notable blues player in the room and a/b them and we both agreed it was close enough. You have to remember the original has a field coil speaker and my speaker has been in there since 1948. I need to let the new speaker break in to really know what I have. With that said I play though the new Delta King most of the time. WHAT I HATE - the FET boost is useless. Whey didn't they put something on there a blues player can use? It's like the death metal switch. I wish I could mod it to remove it. ALSO - The reverb is pretty useless and I really, really tried to like it. I love onboard reverb. I have been searching for any info on swapping out the ...
