This was listed as "open box", so I called the shop to ask for more details. Someone answered the phone right away, which was a great sign, and they told me it was a new guitar that had been returned. When I got the delivery, the outer shipping box was a little beat up, but everything else was basically brand new, tags on, plastic wrap still on the fretboard. I barely had to tune it and it was ready to play. I am very happy with this purchase and the seller.

This seller (proaudiostar) was fantastic across the board! The item was listed as "open box" so the price was a great deal, but I can't for the life of me tell where the box was opened. All of parts were factory sealed in plastic and zip-tied together on cardboard panels, just like brand new. The icing on the cake was that shipping was free and very fast. Based on my experience I just ordered another "open box" item from this seller with no hesitation whatsoever.

    Rich Tone

    This pedal is perfect for psychedelic, spacey songs. The color switch ON has a very rich and liquidy tone that paints a vivid, swirling picture. Wish I could pause the phase at a specific point though...then this pedal would be perfect

    Its good but it has a "bug"

    Works great but for some reason with the color switch on the down position and the rate knob all the way up the waveform stops and stays in one position. Also toggling the color switch up and down there is a noticeable difference in the rate of the effect, as if the rate moves between switch positions. A good pedal to have if you use phasing here and there but certainly not a staple for those who rely on it.

    Small enclosure and modern features

    The Electro Harmonix Small Stone Nano has everything players love about the original Small Stone, only in a more compact enclosure with a few modern features. With just one knob and one switch, players can get a nice variety of sounds. The Speed knob goes from a slow sweep to a quick warble, and the Color switch goes from a light, subtle phase when off to a thick, lush phaser when activated. The Small Stone Nano is housed in a sturdy but compact die-cast enclosure and has an upgraded dc jack that accepts the standard round barrel power supply. – Victor, Easy Music Center Sales

    Breathes new life into dirt and fuzz

    I always thought phasers sounded distracting or obnoxious, but placing this in front of dirt or fuzz is amazing. Switched down with the single knob at 10-11 in front of an overdrive, it brings life to an edge-of-breakup tone. Switched up with the knob at 1-2 in front of a fuzz, it makes a lead sound jump right out. It's now almost always on whenever I play.

    Small Stone Phase Shifter

    I'm a huge fan of EHX effects pedals. They're made well and sound amazing. I love the Small Stone Phase Shifter. I love the toggle to add color and the range you get with the knob is outstanding. I highly recommend this pedal if you're looking for a phaser with some extra.
