When I received the shipment of this purchase, it was not the quality that I had been expecting as it did ot match the picture. I promptly contacted the seller and after discussing the problem.he offered to let me keep he item while refunding the entire cost of the item, tax, and shipping. I accepted his offer, and my money was returned very quickly. Mistakes will happen, but because of the way it was handled I would have no issue buying from him again.
