This harness is comfortable and holds my 140lbs when bouncing around the trees. The quality is great for the price. I plan to use this for rock climbing as well. Seems to be better set up for tree climbing. Had to cut the tag off to tighten the waist belt to my 30" size though.

I will not recommend it IF you are going to forest and walk long time, this harness is really heavy, the security rings are strap in ONE angle, so if the ring it is pull from the back, the metal turn and hurt your hips really bad. for security in a box or for roof either if the side you choose it's to be secure from the back . this harness it is only for front use, not for polyvalent security ---- Now depend of what it's the utility i can't judge professionnal purpose, this product it is solid, secure, perfectly made. Rings are to big and heavy. for long day use and year long, ask your physiotherapist what he think about it. For a person that have Lombar problem , this product it is not good Legs straps are crossing to much in the front , if you have big ''balls'' , make sure they are in the way. OUCH !Read full review

I have a small tree company and am a certified arborist and we climb no spikes. This belt has been used by climbers with tons of experience and they all say how light, balanced, and safe they are in this belt

My radio tower is a retracting and tilt over, but some things must be secured after fully erected. This harness is not rated, but I am knowledgeable enough to know it is secure with the proper tie off and properly fitted. Very happy with the value.

These work well. For tree work you will probably want to rig up a pair of suspenders for these as they will fall off while climbing without them. they hold well and the wide strap across the back supports your back well.
