This radio is sturdy and sounds decent. Would be better with Bluetooth, but hey can't win them all. It's worth the money to charge batteries and have tunes. As others have mentioned it has 2 flaws. The radio reception is subpar. Also the radio fades in and out when anything is plugged into the 3 additional outlets. Both minor because all I listen to anyway is aux.

Bought my first analog unit, then upgraded to the electronic tuner. 2nd unit lasted many years on the job site. After way too much abuse, it finally failed, so I bought this new one. I debated between the 18 or 20 volt charger unit, but decided on the the 18 volt, because I have more tools.

This is third Dewalt radio, I just keep updating from what I already have, but this model is my favorite, it is bigger then my last Dewalt but at the same time lighter and sounds better maybe because of the Bass button, but its drawbacks our I also upgraded all my Dewalt power tools to the 20 volt, and max battery, so I just bought a 18 volt just for this radio, so I am pleased with it overall, Bluetooth auxiliary receiver and I'm good to go,
