Excellent for the price
I needed a vise to work on some firearms, and this was more than sufficient. The X-Y adjustments are smooth, little to no free play through the entire vise. I'm not using it for precision milling work, but it gets the job done. Vise tightens very well, and so far has held everything I have put in it from armorers blocks to an ar15 jig. Decent bang for the buck.

The vise should be a great value, But the man adjustment piece is PLASTIC and DID NOT make it thru Shipping. I have not received a replacement part as of this date so the vise is USELESS to me. I'm Waiting One day after writing I received a replacement part, it is Metal, But the wrong size thread. I have to go thru the claim prosses Again!!! I don't know if I will ever get to user the vise? the y-axis is slightly rattles a little bit, but it's more than fixable. it's going to work perfectly well for when my end mills and drill press once that comes too. so many projects, so little time!!!

Not Terrible
This will do the job for most basic drilling but there is some play in both directions. The lower handle hits the work tray on my drill press, so I can't use the handle to adjust it. If you center punch your work or a drilling an existing hole it will work fine, not terrible for the price.

Poor quality..
The unit came with poor casting on the base plate. Full disassembly was required to get access to the baseplate & remove excess to the mounting slots, so that it could be used.
